What you agree to by using CruiseCrew.

These terms govern your use of CruiseCrew — the mobile app and this website, together the "Service" — operated by Prism Path Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By installing the app or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You may use CruiseCrew for personal, non-commercial discovery and coordination of car-related events. You may not:
You retain ownership of events, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify Your Content as necessary to operate the Service — for example, to render your event on the discovery map or send an RSVP notification to another user.
You are responsible for Your Content. We are not obligated to review it before it goes live, though we may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Moderation decisions are ours to make; we aim to be consistent, but we don't guarantee any particular outcome.
If your content is removed and you believe it was in error, email support@cruisecrew.app with "Moderation appeal" in the subject.
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Account → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or are otherwise required to be terminated by law. Terminated accounts lose access to the Service and to any data they held that was not backed up externally.
CruiseCrew uses Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and messaging; Google Maps for map rendering and geocoding; and Anthropic's Claude API for smart-import event extraction. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services.
Links from CruiseCrew to third-party websites (e.g., source pages for imported events) are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for content on external sites.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any event information is accurate. Users are responsible for verifying event details (date, time, location, entry requirements) with the organizer before attending.
CruiseCrew does not verify the identity of event organizers. Meeting people from the Service in person is at your own risk. Use ordinary caution — meet in public places, tell someone where you're going.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Path Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of <state>, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the app and via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
